This will not set you back a lot of dough and for the average muso who has burger all bread to spend on new gear, this could be the ultimate kneaded device.
I’m not here to butter you up, but this unit has a lovely vintage grain and when warmed up gives a fantastic crunchy tone.
Please don’t Baguette until you’ve tried it.
..so who’s up for a jam?
Excuse my rye sense of humour.
Is that the pedal Gerry Rafferty used on “Baker’s Treat”?
Yes that is the pedal and it certainly rose to the occasion if I may say so.
And of course the yeast I can do is compare it to the pedal the Small Faces used on “Song of a Baker”.
There is a rumour that Rafferty and Marriott used to swap their pedals in a strange kind of roll reversal.
I seem to recall problems with the early models, which may have used the AMD 2901 bit-slice chip, but later units are absolutely tip-top, and more crustworthy. They also rise above the rest when panning, especially when given the chance to prove themselves with a relatively warm reverb.
Any way you slice it, it isn’t made of baker-lite.
I got nothing.
At yeast you gave it a go 🙂
It’s not studio quality. Too loaf-fi. Try to pump a nickel-plated ON/OFF switch a couple of times and it all sounds crumby.
Yours must have been from a bad batch. Mine was just STEAMIN, with crisp, fresh base.
Very nice Grant

Flour you goin’Grant? Why do you spread stale news? Have you no taste? You can do breader than that.
I’m going bake to work now to earn a crust.
